Milan Gurović’s shooting camp is over: Two shifts and 14 days of hard work!
Milan Gurović’s shooting basketball camp was successfully completed after two weeks of work in two organized shifts, during which young basketball players had the opportunity to improve their shooting technique and individual skills while working directly with the celebrated Serbian player.
The camp at the Milan Gurović Academy gathered participants of different ages, both sexes, from the country and abroad.
The training sessions were designed to work on proper shooting mechanics, body control, footwork and concentration in shooting situations, with the intensity of work adapted to each age.
– I am satisfied with the way the children worked and the progress they showed in a relatively short time. The focus of the camp was on the basics – correct shooting technique, discipline and work habits, because these are the foundations of every serious player – said Milan Gurović.
He added that a special emphasis was placed on an individual approach to each participant and building the right attitude towards training and basketball.
– The most important thing for me is that the children leave the camp with greater self-confidence and an even greater love for basketball. The results come later, but the attitude towards work is what remains – added Gurović.
On the last day of the camp, an award ceremony was organized for the participants, and in the announcement of the continuation of work and new camps in the coming period.
